Netflix just dropped the trailer of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Season 2 and we see darkness and chaos spilling all over it. Netflix confirms to air the season on April 5. It sure seems we meet Sabrina this time with Blood, Fire and obsessed with her darker side.

“I feel I’ve been walking down this darker path, but maybe it’s not so bad”- We see the trailer open with Sabrina saying so. She relishes her new found powers and looks poised in burning Baxter high. Chaos, the trailer gives closer look to warevolves, Sabrina walking through the woods and going on furthermore darker adventures this time. We also see Aunt Hilda and Aunt Zelda in peril, the Dark Lord, Madame Satan and Father Blackwood continue to conjure chaos in the Spellman household and whole of Greendale. With a lot more sexier and edgier Sabrina, we see the half-witch half-mortal tangled in an unholy love triangle. The official poster too sets up clearly that Warlock Nicholas Scratch and Mortal Harvey Kinkle share Sabrina’s side in love interest.
With much earlier release than Halloween, Netflix assured more episodes in season 2. Chilling Adventures of Sabrina season 2 follows the Christmas Special (A midwinter’s) timeline with Sabrina manifesting more power to take on bad guys. Written once again by Riverdale show-runner Roberto Aguire Sacasa, the series is seen going to the darker side of teenage life. The same was observed in current seasons of Riverdale too. Looks like Netflix is rolling over the show more darkness in its comical content.
