The show, starring Henry Cavill in the lead, will follow the adventured of the witcher Geralt. It’s been long rumored that the show, or at least the first season, will adapt the first couple of books. Which means that instead of a traditional story, the show will instead adapt the short stories in order to set up its world and characters.
